Is it possible to repair a photo diode with lost terminals? There are no terminals on the photo diode, is there a way to repair it?

If it is of low value, you can try filing or grinding the broken lead down to the package, then carefully flux and attach very small wire (like 40ga magnet wire).

If it is of high value, sort of the same thing but have a small wire laser welded to the "stump".  Laser welding induces no currents and will not damage the detector.
