Hi everyone
I have an oscilloscope UPO2102E that I just bought, but unfortunately, when I turn it on, it says system loading...
I searched on the internet and did not find a firmware program
If anyone has experience with this device, please guide me to fix it.
Thanks a lot

Looks like something is preventing the processor to finish the OS loading, or some initial testing.
The only advice I can give is, first things first.
Check the power supply voltages and their ripple, since bad electrolytics account for most of the problems. Inspect carefully the PCB for leaking caps and overheated components.

I checked, considering that this device is new, this problem has been observed in this series of Uni-T oscilloscopes, and the main problem is in the micro processor.
