Item 8104SY1 ON XBOX ONE S

Hi.
Xbox One S, element on bottom of board U6U1
I need to find out, what chip is this. It have on top 8104SY1. I only want to know how this chip is working.

5v on VCC i think, comes out 2.5v but i dont know It's appropriate voltage and the chip it's getting hot to 50c. On dead mainboard because i have missing 3.3v.
I know IT is familliar topic but i dont find answer do decided to open new one.

That looks like Information Storage Devices logo. ISD8104 audio amplifier?

Am I right in assuming these get blown by connecting equipment to the audio output when powered and without preestablished common ground?
