Iwatsu SG-4111 service manual?

Hi,

Could anyone point me in the right direction to find a service manual for a Iwatsu SG-4111 function generator. I have a working one, but the frequency isn't stable, it fluctuates just a bit. It fluctuated a bit more with first time starting it, after it had been unused for years. I'm thinking about replacing the power supply caps and the fan of the unit.

The service manual would be nice, because in my experience Iwatsu's manuals are great, including problem diagnostic diagrams etc.
