Jaycar Powertech MP3842 stays in CC mode, anyone has a schematic?

Just brushed off my Powertech MP3842 Power Supply (in storage for 1 year). Now the power supply goes into CC mode after switching it on.

Is there a short in the power supply that it jumps from CV to CC mode? The unit has very unusual triangle slotted screws so I have not opened it yet but will see if I can find a proper type screw driver.

Anyone who has a schematic of this power supply? Uncle Google has not turned up anything.

It is most likely faulty GR8762 8pin soc as per attached pic.
