Did you get this going in the end? I have done a reball on one of these with no joy.
Cheers,

Not really.
I found the weak point at lower left corner of controller. With some pressure, the system booted stable.
So  I tried to resolder  the Controller chip, with the hope to fix broken solder joint. But the coating destroid the rest of connections. Now I have the PCB and adesoldered controller. With my equipment, I‘m not able to reball.

Due to other priorities, it seems to be the final status   :-BROKE

One way I see this being done by the Chinese is if you have the replacement chip in hand, they mill the chip with a CNC router bit until they almost reach the PCB.

Then clean up the old pads and reball and apply the new chip.

Sorry it is a short. And mute the video/pc because of the stupid music.
