Title: K6T4008C1C SRAM test failure real?
Post by: Dan N on October 03, 2024, 09:09:48 pm
Using information from this thread (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/beginners/testing-as6c4008-sram-in-a-tl866-ii), I tested a Samsung K6T4008C1C-DB70 SRAM on an XGecu T48 (HM628512, K6T4008C1C and AS6C4008 should be equivalent).  It gives the error shown in the attached pic.  Does 09# Addr.Bus mean chip pin A9 or does it mean tester pin 09?

I haven't tested an SRAM before on the T48, do you think this is a real failure and not just an invalid test?  There's one post on the XGecu forum where a T56 gave a similar error (00# Addr Bus Open Circuit) but nobody replied.
