Gophert CPS-3205e error

After calibration my PSU Gophert CPS-3205e shows error 'ECL' on both indicators.
I suspect that this can be deciphered as a calibration error.
And the second attempt of calibration didn't help.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

The calibration was caused by the fact that after I had not used this power supply for half a year,
it showed a difference of a third or so in the voltage on the indicator and the actual voltage.
e.g. indicator: 9v, real value: 6.4v

Man, I love that little power supply! 

My "Guess" would be to check the capacitors.  That would be the most likely cause of a large drift during a period of non-use.  I just don't see a semiconductor do this while sitting idle.

Thanks for your help.

I managed to calibrate this power supply, and after calibration,
when I press the "On" button, the voltage first starts to fluctuate erratically,
and then the indicator shows "OUP."

This means the power supply automatically shuts off the output voltage
to prevent damage to the device connected to it.

I checked all the electrolytic capacitors, and they're fine.
There might be something else going on.

I didn't manage to find the schematic for CPS-3205e, maybe by the chance someone has it?
