Keithley 2000 400 and 600 error codes

Have a 2000 that initially had a bunch of error codes in the 100s, 200s, 300s, 400s, 500s and 600s.  Was able to eliminate all but 400.2, 401.2, 402.2, 403.2 and 601.2 by replacing all of the electrolytic capacitors and voltage regulators.  The most likely culprits were the capacitors and traces around the -15V power side.  They had leaked and were starting to cause some board damage.
A lot of the remaining errors seem to involve C105.  Wondering if there's any other components I should be looking at that seem to be the common causes for those errors?
