R&S SMU200A SSYN problem troubleshooting

Hi all,

I'm trying to fix an issue with my SMU200A signal generator.

It reports error 50012 "The internal PLL is unlocked due to a hardware problem".

I've replaced the SSYN module but the error remains.

Does somebody have an idea what could cause this issue?

(My plan is to check the input voltages into the SSYN module next.)
