Fluke Etherscope network anayzer not switching ON

Hello, I need help with my Fluke Etherscope series-I network anayzer which is not switching ON. When I press the power button, the green power ON LED on the front panel glows steady but no other signs of life. The LCD display appears dead, cooling fan remains OFF and the other 4 LEDs on the front panel are also dead. I have opened the device, checked the PCB thoroughly and didn't find any visible electric or mechanical damage. The battery is in good condition and holds charge. Can someone share a schematic or any other repair information please?
