Keithley 2002 repair help

The softkey pad on our K2002 was nonfunctioning. I found the conductive elements of the softkey pad completely worn out, no conductivity at all. Curious enough, Keithley has originally tinned the corresponding contacts on the PCB with HASL, which is weird, they should be gold plated, shouldn't they? I'm confident it is original, as all vias are tinned too.
I today received a CW2605 repair kit made by CHEMTRONICS.

However, the process was easy and the material is already drying until monday, as they say it's dry within 24 h at room temperature and fully usable after 72 h.
I felt I should share the experience in case someone else has the very same issue.

Verticon:
I just used Chemtronics CW2605 to repair the KeyPad of my HP8561E. I used it the first time and it works fine. It is a kind of rubber paste with carbon and silver particles and what is important, it is flexible. The more greyish paste seems also to be relative resistent against mechanical stress. The DC resistance of the processed contact areas is typically below 1 Ohm and some orders of magnitude below the usual normal carbon coated contacts. Besides its high price of more than 30 EUR, the only drawback is  that you can use the material only once after prepairing the final paste. So it is no solution for repairing tv remote controls which can be purchased cheaper than the Chemtronics paste but it is ideal for expensive equipment where a replacement for a KeyPad is at least 150 EUR as in my case. What has to be proofed is the lifetime of the coating but I am very confident in this regard.
