Title: Keithley 230 Programmable Voltage Source Eprom dump anyone?

I've acquired a Keithley 230 Voltage Source I'd like to repair - except one of its 2732 EPROMS has lost / losing it's marbles (eprom needs to be refreshed) - I can't get a consistent data dump.   The rest of the box is functional. 

Does anyone have an Eprom dump set for the pair of 2732's in this box?  I saw a link at Xdevs but it leads to a "File not found" error, otherwise I'm not finding any sources for a bin or hex file set.

My chips are labeled 230-800-B6 and 230-801-B6.

Here's a set I saved off. They are version B12, though.

Recommend you start with a fresh set of 2732 chips, JIC.
