LG 55EG960T OLED on Standby only (PLEASE HELP)

Hi, i have an LG 55EG960T OLED TV and it doesn't switch on. The standby light is present and blinking when I press the button on the remote. What could this be?

here are some voltages. I think this could be a power supply issue but what you think. (see attached pic)

14: 19v

CONNECTOR 2: Goes to the motherboard
Pin 1: GND
2: 0v
3: 0v
4: GND
5: 0v
6: 0v
7: 0v
8: GND
9: 3.5v
10: 3.5v
11: 0v
12: 0v

CONNECTOR 3: Goes to the TCon Board
Pin 1: GND
2-8 has 0v
9-14: GND

Weird thing, when I unplugged the tv and pressed the power button on the remote the LG logo was flashing for like 1min then it went off.
When I plug in the tv I don’t see anything lit on the logo, only when I press the power button on the remote the light comes on but flashing for around 1min then goes off.
