Keithley 2400

Hello to all.

Maybe someone has encountered a problem with this device. After the next turn on, it stopped supporting the load. I set the mode to 1.89 Volts 100 miles Ampere. I connected a resistance store, the load I need is 20 ohms. But the source begins to reduce the voltage to 0.89999, the voltage is equalized only if the input resistance is increased to 19+ KΩ. I would be very grateful for any advice in this matter, since the high-precision device would like to return it to working condition.
