Keithley 2602A repairs

  Hi All

Trying to troubleshoot the subject unit.
unit powers up and doesnt boot   left extreme two segments of display lighting up -- --
 problem appears to be with 5V supply showing 8.5

Trying to locate the SMD cross ref of U136 marked as J96AB SSOP10 package
Also Cr113 and Cr115 showing 20 ohms in cold check. both diodes connected to U136

Any help is welcome. Attached pictures

I found the Device . 5102Sd was written beneath

LM5102SD half bridge driver

If the short circuit points to u136, you can try using thermal imaging or simply removing it!
