Keithley 619 EPROMs
« on: July 05, 2023, 10:31:21 pm »
Hello, I have a Keithley 619 that has been stored for quite a while, now it does not boot. Apart from investigating any other hw related failure, I found out that this unit has two 2732 eproms instead of the four that prior units came equipped with.
I found no source to get the contents of the 2 eprom model. I wonder if anyone has or may dump the 2732 eproms content for me to verify the existing program.

Thank you!

Additional comment: both chips are C1 version, marked PRO-114-C1 and PRO-115-C1.
I have already checked the contents against the 4 eprom version, and none of the blocks seem to be the same, may be the versions differ, may be the eprom contents has been affected or has vanished after 40 years.

Regards!

Can you upload your dumps? Perhaps someone may be able to identify a checksum.
