Kenwood HM-332 micro hifi repair

Hello,

I'm trying to repair a Kenwood micro hifi system, but I'm facing some issues.

EDIT: I forgot to write that the I am trying to repair the system, because I would turn it on and after a few seconds it would shut down by itself.

In order to isolate the problem, and since everything's ok with the board marked with the green square, I'm powering the transformer, marked with the red square, directly. (pict1)

What happens, and I can't understand the circumstances, sometimes instead of reading the values marked with the red circles, I get 0V and the point next to D8 is shorted to Ground. (pict2)

What could be the issue?

From caps C51 and C52 (out of the circuit) I'm getting 2000uF instead of 2200uF. Could they be causing the problem?

Hello Marco. Have you find anything? I have exactly the same pb? I haven't looked for the cause yet and I thought that if you had found something I would save time!

Did you check the ESR value of the caps ? Maybe this could help to confirm if they are bad.
