Korad KA3010P error: voltage collaps
« on: August 01, 2016, 11:20:38 am »
My Korad psu has a error now: it could'nt hold the voltage?  :--

The video shows the problem.

I bought the psu in 03/2015. The dealer says 12month warranty and so the warranty is over. But the manufactor writes 24 month?
The Korad has also a untouched warranty seal from the dealer.

“There is 2-year warranty for our products and the prompt response will reach you from our service team.”

What should i do?

Ask Korad how they would handle this, expecially the shipping. If you would have to pay for shipping to China, it's better to try to repair the PSU or buy a new one.

Sounds like there might be a bad connection inside. Check for cold/cracked solder joints on wires and components.
I TEA.
