Support detect error Fluke 5500A

Hi everybody,
i need help,
I have auctioned 1 fluke 5500a, when I received it, there was an error,
it doesn't seem to be connected to the A9 cpu,
Has anyone encountered this error,
I'm waiting for the auction company to handle it so I can't teardown it yet

There may be a bad contact in the sockets. Maybe it was experienced during transportation.
Removing the cover and removing and reinstalling the cards may fix the problem.

Hello, i try install all card, but it same condition, are you have other handling?

Changes background and contrast settings for the LCD display, I guess that could help.
Or attempt to measure waveform for Digital Pins of the LCD to judge the status of A9 CPU board is better.
