I didn't see anybody who had linked a convenient spot to get replacement encoders in the USA so from digikey PEC12R-4220F-N0024 is a drop in replacement for the rotary encoder. Same counts and everything.

Yes, I've done the Korad encoder fix with that exact replacement part, it works fine.
