Korad KA3010P error: voltage collaps

My Korad psu has a error now: it could'nt hold the voltage?

I bought the psu in 03/2015. The dealer says 12month warranty and so the warranty is over. But the manufactor writes 24 month?
The Korad has also a untouched warranty seal from the dealer.

What should i do?

Ask Korad how they would handle this, expecially the shipping. If you would have to pay for shipping to China, it's better to try to repair the PSU or buy a new one.

I opened the Korad and searched for errors. But i didn't found anything! I assembled it and now its working fine now  O0   
I also changed the noisy fan.

Sounds like there might be a bad connection inside. Check for cold/cracked solder joints on wires and components.
