Laptop HP elitbook 480 problem

Hello to all
I have an HP elitebook 480 laptop when I turned off my pc after a few seconds the fan starts with noise and the 02 lights on the right light up. Can you help me plz.

just open cover to clean up the parts inside, google how to for this type

I had an older elite book in the past,   theses errors may be due to  dust / crust  or a failing fan, the board is detecting the fan rotation speed and doesnt like it ...

In mine i changed the fan ... 

In some case  you can clean it and  lube it,   sometimes you can lift the fan sticker and push some oil in it, i use  teflon based oil,  i can extend the fan life that way
