These lasers are all special parts and were not publically available. There is zero chance of finding one, unless it's a spare part (for service) or pulled (removed from another machine).
So essentially your only option is to pull one out of a working machine (which might be otherwise damaged or in bad shape - unfortunately, the diodes were the most common part to fail...)

Bummer,i thought that was the case,its a candidate for landfill then i guess!.

Sidenote: it does look extremely corroded - since the pickup mechanics itself is quite fragile, I honestly doubt that a new laser would be of much help anyway - plus it would need adjustment
