LCD for uniden RM 960 part number

Hi, I was given a Uniden UH9060 with an RM 960 mic which has a smashed LCD , I managed to find the LCD part number under a piece of aluminium foil (only purpose seemed to be covering up the part number) but drawing a blank on who makes it, google search and usual suspects gives no useful results. Maybe this number will be useful to someone or if you recognise who makes it?

That is likely a custom LCD for them.
