I have a new Juntek PSG9080 that is only a few months old. Everything had been working fine until suddenly Channel #1 output stopped working entirely. I looked around inside but can't find anything obvious, it'll need to see the service dept for warranty or replacement. Bought from AliExpress. (FYI, It's not a clone) Took nearly a month to come direct from overseas.
Anyone know why Juntek is not getting back to my emails or contact requests from their main page?
