Hi all!
I got my hands on a Lecroy 7300A oscilloscope.
When you turn it on, it loads, starts, but for about 5 minutes the "Calibration" slider hangs. When switching modes, the relay clicks, the inscription "Calibration" lights up again and again you have to wait about 5 minutes. Calibration files are not written to disk. Tried to rearrange Windows, replace the disk. Didn't find any changes.

The calibration that it does on warm up and intermittently in use is just temperature/offset compensation, not really a full calibration and not ever written to the disk, to my knowledge, as it's temporary until the next one. There are also lasting calibrations that can be rerun through the service menu, but I'd suspect that there's likely a problem that would prevent them from completing successfully.
Are there any error messages on startup of XStream? Are there any devices in the windows device manager that show as question marks? Do you actually see any trace at all? Does this mini-cal complete for some channels but not all? You should be able to configure it to calibrate less often and safe the instrument state for the next restart of the software (maybe both are in the Utilities tab?), and between those you should at least be able to figure out if some channels will work as intended (it will also force a calibration when switching to 20GS/s on two channels, so disabling two and setting it to use maximum sample rate should force one of these mini recals).

Thanks for the answer!
Unfortunately, I do not know how to enter the service menu. The oscilloscope requires a password, which I don't know.
1. There are no error messages. The booting is working fine.
2. Everything is fine in the device manager. I reinstalled Windows
and XStream, There were no changes.
3. I created the D:\Calibration folder with my hands and transferred the data from the folder there XStream - there was no difference.
4. The inscription calibration in the lower right corner hangs for 5 minutes, after which the oscilloscope starts working normally. But if I switch ranges - again calibration starts for 5 minutes.
5. In the Utilities, I do not see the settings for calibration, only a checkmark to enable automatic calibration, which has no effect.
6. This behavior is observed with any number of enabled channels.
7. No channel settings, number of samples, etc. behavior is not affected.

9472 is the code. Most of the functions are specific to later versions, but the Aladdin board options and the recal is available there.
There's a pretty lengthy WavePro 7k discussion in the Test Equipment forum with a bunch of tools, analysis, and problem solving. Worth a look.
