Anyone have fixed or just gone through a LED back-lit monitor fault having brightness traces at the right side of white or very bright turned-on pixels ?

Know nothing even on its term
So googlings led me to tell that it's LED screen "bleeding", is it right?

How do electrician experts handle it to fix or mitigate this problem

E.g. This’s “Info section”
of EMACS, Vim or alike text editor, on a terminal/console which has white bar/strip, upon desktop black BG.
It’s up to the terminal right border which must be gone there.
But a trailing faded white bar can still be seen at right side
