Lenavo Yoga 720: Is 7 Ohms a Vcore short to ground?

I am trying to fix a Lenavo Yoga 720. The buck converter near CPU shows 7Ohms short to ground. No schematic and I guess that is CPU VCore. Is is something normal?

Don't know about what's normal for particular laptop motherboard but 7 ohms is not a low resistance on Vcore. Often it's much lower. Most likely it's fine.

In diode mode its shows 7 Ohms instead of mV.

7 ohms is generally a very healthy for a VCore to gnd impedance

7 ohms is good for cpu and gpu's, some are well under 1 ohm and still working fine.
