LG55 LED TV HDMI INPUT PROBLEM NEED HELP

hello experts.

i have a strange problem with my LG 55 led tv HDMI INPUTS.

when i connect the cable tv HDMI to the HDMI input of the lg led tv .the tv says NO SIGNAL .but if i connect to the same inputs a china tv box all is working fine. all the HDMI inputs are the same. non of them work with cable tv but work well with the china tv box.

this happens only on this specific tv another tv i have work fins with the cable tv and with the china tv box.

i cant figure way it happens in this tv only.

Hello!
Check the output resolution on your cable tv box. If your LG tv can handle only 720p, and cable tv box output resolution is 1080p (for example) it may cause this problem. If it so, try to set lower output resolution on your cable tv box.
