You could try a good superglue like Loc-Tite professional. I have just started using it and it works well. I haven't used it to glue solder pads but it should work fine. By the way, try not to get it in the hole

Superglue is not at all stable at soldering temperatures, and will just stink up the room.If you're just looking to glue it down, my suggestion is to contemplate the fact that (FR4) PCBs are a glass-fiber laminate bonded with epoxy.
