You could try a good superglue like Loc-Tite professional.  I have just started using it and it works well.  I haven't used it to glue solder pads but it should work fine.  By the way, try not to get it in the hole  ;D

Post a picture, there are several ways to do it and it's difficult to recommend a solution without seeing the extent of the damage and what's surrounding the lifted pad.

Terrible idea. Superglue is not at all stable at soldering temperatures, and will just stink up the room.

If you're just looking to glue it down, my suggestion is to contemplate the fact that (FR4) PCBs are a glass-fiber laminate bonded with epoxy.

Completely agree with both points. Superglue can make nasty harmful vapors at high temperatures. I don't recommend.
Cured epoxy is heat proof to soldering temperatures, and in fact the heat should make it cure faster if not 100% cured yet. It will become plastic/soft at those temperatures, so the pad may be delicate until cooled down.

Single pad just solder the part, then clean with IPa and acetone, then apply a single drop of superglue to the edge to hold it in place further.
