Channel repair Agilent DSO 5000a

Have any of you ever repaired a channel from an Agilent DSO5000? One of my channels is broken. nothing more is displayed on this. (Trigger goes to maximum negative value) Does anyone have an idea what it could be?

Dear All,

I have the same fault on my  Agilent DSO5012A, channel 1 is faulty, the signal is clipped at 500mV and the trigger has a negative value, is there anyone who can give me a suggestion or tell me where I can find the electrical diagram of the system board?
