LINN MAJIK-IL Integrated Amplifier issue

Hi guys I need help to resolve issue on  LINN MAJIK-IL Integrated Amplifier.I got amplifier from my relative as non working condition.When i swich on the amp its just a number 7 on the display nothing else that also some time glows some times in dim light status.What will be the issue i can see that viedo controler ic getting hot might be LM317T issue non proper voltage.

Please let me know your inputs

Looks to me as if "7" is not fully lit. Lower segment seems darker.
Maby start by checking the power rails in the amp.
I have not found schematic.
