Gigatronics 2520a Microwave Synthesizer

Hello, I have a Gigatronics 2520a Microwave Synthesizer. There is some problem occur in the equipment. At a Frequency above 9.999MHz, it goes into unlock state and does not produce a frequency above 9.999MHz. Any one can help regarding the issue or provide some technical detail such as circuit diagram etc.
