Skyrc Imax B6v2 "external temp. is too high" tried multiple resets and updates

nothing I do brings it out of Temp. to high mode, upon startup all is normal until 5 seconds then flashes "External Temp. is too high" even when the temp. sensor is unplugged. I contacted the supplier 3 different times and they treat people like retards. Any suggestions?? Thanks a lot Randysden

Welcome to the forum. I've only limited experience with balance chargers. Does it charge the Lipo batts and Li-ion batts regardless of this warning? When you say 'multiple resets' does that include a full factory reset (if available?)

I'm guessing the sensor is a basic thermistor at heart, so find out if it has a P or N type thermal-coefficient. Might start you off in the right direction??
