Logitech z-506 amp/speakers

Hello i have this set of logitech speakers and one day out of the blue they just stopped working.  the power light turns on but if you put a signal into it nothing happens. any suggestions?

Have you taken them apart and measured the voltages on the amp chips pins and compared them to the datasheets values?

Although the light is coming on, the power supply might be faulty (feeding out-of-spec power).  If you have a power supply/plug pack rated to the same output voltage, try that on it.
