Looking for a replacement part

Hi guys and gals.  My plasma tv popped an ULTRAFAST RECOVERY POWER RECTIFIER.  I ordered some replacements from China because that's the only place i could find them, but the delivery time is well over a month.  I tried digikey, mouser, and google.  The part number is SF10S600D2 and I'm attaching the data sheet.  Can you tell me what to look for on mouser or digikey to find a suitable replacement?
