If anyone has one for sale, I'd be happy to buy it. It is for a repair video I am working on. :)
-
Can you give us an idea of what the part is?
-
Sure,
It looks like a doubler/amplifier hybrid. It is part of an MXG synthesizer which takes 10GHz -> 20GHz. It is a ceramic lid package, Agilent branded. Likely GaAs and custom for this application.

Odds aren't great, but I will check my collection of parts(I did have the Keysight ASIC needed for Todd's 15 GHz counter board front end, so you never know).
-
Did you ask Keysight?
What about this seller:

That is not the right part unfortunately. The 1GC1 is not the same part...
-
Well I have lots of parts, but not the one you need, sorry Shahriar.

Thank you for checking Steve. I'll keep searching.

Well, this thing is impossible to find! There is one Chinese site which claims they have it. But it looks suspicious...
