looking for hm8134-2 eprom image

Hello!
I'm got a Hameg RF signal generators that HM8134-2
the HM8134-2 had two error messages when during power on test
error message 1: CALIBRATION ERROR Eeprom read error
error message 2: >> DDS LOADING << Failure
HM8134-2 have two eprom chips
27c020 lable information HM8134-2P v3.00 for 80c32mcu programe rom
27c010 lable infromation HM8134-2D v2.00 the ROM in 80c32's DATA space
and nvram M48Z08  iic eeprom 24c32
use a programmer to read the 27c010 contents 2 times,and can not pass verification,Some data does not match.
I think the data rom is incomplete and looking for the HM8134-2D v2.00 rom image

Hello

I will be receiving an HM8133-2 soon, do they share the same files? I should still have an eprom programmer stored away somewhere, which I could use to read the chips.
