Keithley 2015 THD Scehmatics

Hey All,

I'm looking for the schematics to a Keithley 2015 THD meter so that I can replace the input FETs (I'm suffering from the input bias current issue) - I know there are topics addressing this but I'd like to see where the component is in terms of the schematic instead of just replacing Qxxx if possible.

From what I understand, the 2015 is essentially a 2000 power/meter board with the THD module.
