Looking for Sanyo STK070 datasheet
« on: March 27, 2023, 05:35:49 pm »
Hello everyone!

I would appreciate if somebody could point me to the original Sanyo STK070 datasheet, it must have been contained in the Sanyo-Semiconductors Databook, Audio-Use Thick Film Hybrid Integrated Circuits volume.

Thanks and have a nice day.

STK070 or STK0070?

There is something on page 15 (STK0070):

http://www.kontest.ru/datasheet/unkn0wn/stk403070.pdf

It would appear that STK0080 and STK0100 are higher power versions.

Here is a datasheet for STK070 and STK050:

http://www.yaspro.com/attachment.php?id_attachment=1496
https://pdf.dzsc.com/STK/STK050.pdf

NTE1336 is listed as an equivalent for both the STK050 and STK070:

https://www.datasheetarchive.com/?q=nte1336

... as is the ECG1336:

Thank You for the response.

Unfortunately, these are not the originals (what I'm looking for) and have only very limited information (mostly the pinout).

I'm looking for diagrams, recommended circuits etc.

I think, the 0070 has 70W max. output power, while the 070 has only 20W.

I have this and in the mid-80's Sanyo went to Mark II series like STK0070II revision with triple-EF. My app notes are for the Mark II Series which use STK 3040 or STK 3042 driver.
People have made discrete replacements for the STK's as well.
