I'm looking to replace a **Stud Mount** BTW68-1200R..
Googling found a ST SCR Datasheet however they are TOP3 flatpack - 30A, 1200V, Igt 50mA
Question
Has anyone seen a Stud Mount version of the BTW68-1200R datasheet or what happen to them
I found this one exstock a Element14
https://www.newark.com/pdfs/datasheets/SSI/07R9709.pdf
but has 100mA Igt
Any comments appreciate

I have a 22RIA120 that I pulled off of something years ago, its only 22 amps though. I thought I was onto something when I found it in my bin.

I found a bunch of stud mount SCRs available on mouser.com, just search for SCRs and filter by stud mount. They start at around $15.

I've bought big SCRs like that on ebay in the past, didn't pay much for them. If you can find something with reasonably similar ratings it should work.

Is that part code correct?, a generic databook I have from 1970 has a stud mount BT
X
68 series from Mullard (aka Philips) but only in ratings of 500V to 1000V.
