LW-K3010D Power Supply Failure
« on: December 18, 2024, 10:56:53 pm »
I am asking for advice regarding the "LW-3010D" power supply, as a scheme it is the same as the LW-305D, which for a few days has had a voltage regulation problem. Regardless of the setting of the current regulation potentiometer, by rotating the voltage potentiometer, from zero to eight volts the voltage respects the range of the multi-turn potentiometer, after eight volts the voltage, by rotating the "Voltage" potentiometer, begins to drop until it reaches zero, while the "CV" LED remains on and with the rotation, almost at the end of the stroke the ventilation is activated. I have checked the efficiency of the potentiometers which are regular. I measured the voltage of 12 V on the "TP" and it is regular. The "CC" LED remains off, it activates only when I bring the current regulation to zero, but this is regular.
Thanks for your collaboration.
