Manual for Keithley 225 Missing Crucial Pages

I need to calibrate a Keithley 225, but the manuals I have found all are missing pages 13 and 14, which are crucial to the calibration.  Does anyone have them that could share, or point me in a direction to find them?  Thanks.

I did find the missing pages, but they were tucked in with the schematics at the very end of the manual.  Thank you.
