Marconi 2024 TCXO Replacement

The MI 2024 has a TCXO (HY-Q TCO-1009) that outputs less than 1MHZ. After removal it checks out at 10.0003MHZ. The voltages of +5V and +11V are ok. Is it really bad or have I missed something? I have replaced the power supply and the display but it only has a blue screen and no text. Any ideas would be most welcomed. Regards, Russ

Have you tried it back in the 2024?

Have you checked the amplitude out of the TCXO?

It's possible you might have 'fixed' the problem by removing it, it's also possible the problem will reappear at some point in the future.

Good call. I am reluctant to put it back in because removal is a pain. Based upon you suggestion, it seems that I should get a good replacement to put in and be done with trying to decide if it is good or not. The waveform on the scope is a slightly distorted sine wave on the advancing side.
