Title: Marconi Sig gen that wont start up

My marconi 2202 siggen will not go past the start up. all the LED's will come on and the fan will run but now that's all it will do. I have had a look inside but can see any loss cables or connectors. All the voltages are correct as well.
I have no idea where to start looking for this fault. :(

Start with the processor.
Does it get the correct voltage?
Is the clock oscillator running?
Is the reset line the proper level?
Is there activity on the address and data lines?

I have measured the voltages and that are all fine.
Do you know where I can obtain the circuit for this unit?
