MAXIM MAXREFDES82 repair

Hey everyone,

Few days ago, I received maxim MAXREFDES82 evaluation board. Worked fine for a day, after that it stopped working. After some figuring our, I found out that the 3,3 V rail linear regulator is drawing too muck. About 200-250 hAh (MAX17651 designed to handle 100 mAh normal current and 180 mAh peek current). But I can't track the reason for additional  current draw. At first it was around 350 mAh, but after few minutes it dropped.

Tried to find a hot spot with isopropyl alcohol, but can't find the bugger that is dissipating  600 mW. The only worm thing is the MCU.

Any thoughts ? BTW, when I put STM32 into reset, current drops around 50 mAh.
