Does anyone have a schematic for the Meanwell SE-350 series? I have one that has poor regulation and I'd like to see a circuit before I start messing around.

There are many of these type SMPS PSU's available and Meanwell is only one brand.
I suspect the are all quite similar. Possibly a TL494 controller?
I suggest you identify the SMPS controller IC, get the datasheet and see if any of the typical applications listed match your supply. You may have to get a few datasheets of similar IC's to find what you need.

Hi,

How poor is the regulation ?

German_EE:
With no load the output is 14 volts and it is supposed to be a 23 Amp supply

1 Amp load the output is 13,2 volts

2 Amp load the output is 11 volts

3 Amps the supply shuts down.

There is a TL3845 on the primary side and a dual op amp on the secondary side, no other chips. The bridge rectifier and input capacitors are OK and I have checked the output capacitors visually. I sent emails to the Meanwell European Headquarters plus three Meanwell dealers on Thursday but a reply has yet to be received.

then it's definitely not a poor regulation, but a broken power supply ;)
