Megger Foster OTS 60PB Dielectric test set???

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a circuit diagtam for a Megger Foster OTS 60PB oil dielectric breakdown test set? Ours has failed. it will go through its initialisation with the pause and stire but as soon as it tries its first 1kV test the unit resets back to its boot screen. On a self test it'll pass up to the point of doing its first test, again only at 1kV, and resets. I can hear a relay clicking in just before it resets. If anyone has a circuit diagram or knows where I can find one it would be great.
