Hello, anyone faced issue like this? All digits and symbols on LCD are activated at start, but nothing else happens. Any ideas?  Looking forward to hearing from you!

G-M-C meters like most DMM's will enable all LCD segments on power-up as part of the self/user test.

I'd start with the usual checks:
On board power supply voltages.
Function selector switch contacts to MCU in case it is receiving invalid function information.
MCU oscillator.
MCU reset.
I²C bus integrity.

Hello, the problem were buttons. Multiple were pressed at once. Without buttons is working perfectly. From side I can see that they are very close to press point. Should I make it shorter and put new conductive rubbers? Looking forward to hearing from you!

After shortening rubber poles and replacing conductive rubbers multimeter is working again!
